What They Said.

Letters of recommendation and commendation from organizations that have experienced Ryan Bailey Sr. firsthand.

South Mifflin Elementary

To Whom It May Concern,

It is with great enthusiasm and gratitude that I share how fortunate our school community was to host Ryan Bailey as a guest speaker. His presentation on goal setting and perseverance was nothing short of powerful. From the moment he began speaking, he captured the attention of our staff and students with his energy, authenticity, and relatable message.

Ryan has a remarkable ability to connect with his audience. He spoke openly about his own journey, the obstacles he faced, and the determination it took to push forward. His stories were inspiring, but more importantly, they were meaningful and accessible to my staff. He reinforced the idea that success is built on daily habits, commitment, and the belief that every challenge is an opportunity to grow.

My staff left the presentation motivated and empowered. Many shared afterward that Ryan’s words helped them think differently about their own goals and what it truly means to persevere. His impact on our school was immediate and lasting.

I am deeply appreciative of Ryan Bailey for investing his time, passion, and wisdom into my staff. His message aligns beautifully with our mission to develop resilient, focused, and confident learners. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a speaker for any school or organization seeking to inspire and uplift young people.

With appreciation,

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter of recommendation for Ryan Bailey, whom I have had the pleasure of knowing for the past two years. I first met Mr. Bailey during a small school counselor gathering where he shared his vision and aspirations to be a positive support and guide to students in our CCS schools. He shared his background as a community mental health counselor and how that role could contribute to addressing and meeting the needs of students. He listened to the needs and experiences we had as school counselors and how he could be an asset to the students, the school environment, and their families in CCS.

Mr. Bailey has participated in our Woodcrest Elementary Career Days, where I’m a school counselor, during this current and the previous school year. On both occasions he was very friendly with our staff and students, organized with his presentations, and extremely inspirational and engaging as a presenter to our students. He has been a very positive, uplifting, and informative presenter. He is genuinely focused on developing strong social-emotional support and learning for students and staff.

I believe he would be a wonderful asset for your school program. His knowledge in the field of mental health and sincerity to see students, staff, and families thrive, will truly be beneficial.

Sincerely,
